Material and Defect Analysis: Fracture Surface Observation
We provide fracture surface analysis of plastics and metals at reasonable prices and within deadlines that meet our customers' requests.
Before conducting the measurements, we will have sufficient discussions to propose measurements that align with the customer's requests. The results will include: - Modes of failure - [Resin fracture surface] Examples: brittle fracture, creep fracture, molding defects, foreign material adhesion, etc. - [Metal fracture surface] Examples: impact fracture, fatigue fracture, ductile fracture, intergranular fracture, etc. - Photographs of the fracture surfaces We will provide photographs of both resin and metal fracture surfaces taken with an electron microscope or a metallurgical microscope.
